Outstanding 1st service with PRO Automotive!! I was referred to them and I will be referring them to others! Jeep/Chrysler had my Jeep for 2.5 days and was gonna charge twice as much VS PRO Automotive. PRO Automotive mechanic noticed a trim part missing, and they notified me before starting/finishing the work. Attention to detail, a PLUS!! I apologize for not remembering the service representative's name, but she was great on the phone and in person with information and quotes! I highly recommend giving PRO Automotive a shot with your business!

I was having problems with my 1988 Ford Bronco ll, with transmission and not cranking after running a while,Cam who I know from where he previously was employed, and had a good reputation with being a A1 mechanic trouble shot my vehicle, told me what the problem/s were, give me an estimate, had it repaired in a timely manner, it cost a little less than originally estimated. He also give me a great warranty on everything. I have driven it 60+ miles since picking it up, and in my opinion my Bronco which I have had for twenty years drives better now than it ever has, Kudos to Cam and the people of Pro-Automotive.

I normally do not write reviews, but in this case I must. My car had been driving terribly for 2 weeks or so. I took it into the dealer I bought it from and was told I needed a "tune up", which involved replacing all these sensors and what not. I ended up paying close to 750$ for my repairs. I picked up the car and it was in worse shape than when I dropped it off. I was not happy. I went back to Five Star and they told me they could do nothing for me. I found Pro Automotive just down the road. They were the friendliest people I have ever met. Turns out I needed a new catalytic converter. It was quite an expensive part given my Saturn Sky is no longer being produced. None the less, they did the extremely quickly. My car has never ran so great before. They did a great job and even made sure I was satisfied with my service. I HIGHLY recommend!

My review may be slightly biased because I am long time friends with the new owners. Cam is a master mechanic and he can fix anything! Owning his own place has been a dream he has worked hard to fulfill. He has the most advanced scan tool available that will diagnose any car (even those fancy Italian super-cars). So, if you have a knock, shimmy, or a "funny sound." Go see these these hard working, honest folks. Be sure to tell them, "Gary sent me." FREE brake check! What!

We had car trouble on our way to Tampa Fl. Not knowing anyone we called Pro Automotive for help. The owner assured me they would take of us. He arranged the tow service and got the car right in. We expected the worse yet the problem was an easy fix. The shop only charged us for the tow service. There still are good honest businesses in the world and Pro Automotive is one of them. The gentleman at Pro Automotive are consummate professionals. Not long ago I went in for a check on my brakes. The car was purchased new less than a year ago, and I feared I already had a major issue. They went through and found that it simply needed to be oiled, and broke it down piece by piece to make sure all the noise stopped. Very fair on price, especially for the value of the service. I plan on using them for future issues with my car.
